[Kst] [Bug 85279] data wizard progress bar never gets above 50%

Actually, now the progress dialog only pops up for a slit second (displaying 100% complete, I think), right before displaying the plots.  This is true even if you have kst plot alot of data (so it takes a long time for the plots to display).
