[Kst] dependencies continued....

   We continue to see more and more kludges for object dependencies added.  In 
order to make filtered vectors update, I had to add another loop in the 
update code that goes through non-rvectors after everything else has been 
updated and update them.  This is getting ugly, and I think it's time for a 
new solution.  Any thoughts?
