[Kst] [Bug 75541] create vector column 0

DataSources should be able to verify whether a field is good or not.  Apply or 
New could fail.

But it will be nice to be able enter anything in the combo box because it 
makes the auto completion behave much better than if it is a non-editable 
combo box...
