[Kst] Kst 1.0.1

   We have done some important fixes to Kst in HEAD recently and I'd like to 
backport almost all of them.  The problem is that there are about 20 or so 
string changes mixed in, along with a batch of new strings that are probably 
irrelevant and can be easily left out.  We want to release a new version and 
we have two choices:

1) release 1.0.1 with updated translations ~Dec 24 or so

2) release 1.1.0 alpha with no translations, basically this weekend

  Are translators willing and able to do the updates for option 1, or at least 
not against us releasing the existing translations together with updated code 
(and thus a few broken translations)?
