[Kst] KST demo package

Hi,

I'm packaging kst for debian at the moment and would like to include the
tutorial data.  Unfortunately, there isn't a license / copyright statement
so I can't include this data at the moment.  Would you be willing to add
a DFSG free license (BSD / GPL / LGPL or whatever you think is
appropriate)?
