Of the new bugs I submitted tonight, I consider the following showstoppers for 
0.99:

[Bug 87011] New: slow redraw of tie boxes
[Bug 87013] New: hang when editing a plugin
[Bug 87014] New: error printed to konsole when opening filter dialog
[Bug 87016] New: attempting to fit a curve to a histogram crashes kst
[Bug 87017] New: attempting to fit a curve to a psd crashes kst

These should be fixed for 0.99 if we can:

[Bug 87018] New: fits to curves with different length X and Y vectors is 
incorrect.
[Bug 87020] New: x equation vectors from the command line do not work
