[Kst] to i18n or not to i18n

   We have had an ongoing lurking i18n bug in Kst.  There are some things that 
get saved in Kst files and read back, and those are passed through i18n.  The 
problem is that if the file is written in one language and read in another, 
the comparisons or searches fail where they should not.  Therefore anything 
that becomes part of tagName() should never be translated.  We need to keep 
an eye out for other such cases and adjust as necessary.  We should also try 
to keep the text used in tagnames to a minimum to make them more comfortable 
for those working in other languages.  An alternative approach is to not rely 
on reparsing or doing substitutions inside tagnames -- then we would be able 
to translate them.
