[Kst] to i18n or not to i18n

We have had an ongoing lurking i18n bug in Kst. There are some things that
get saved in Kst files and read back, and those are passed through i18n. The
problem is that if the file is written in one language and read in another,
the comparisons or searches fail where they should not. Therefore anything
that becomes part of tagName() should never be translated. We need to keep
an eye out for other such cases and adjust as necessary. We should also try
to keep the text used in tagnames to a minimum to make them more comfortable
for those working in other languages. An alternative approach is to not rely
on reparsing or doing substitutions inside tagnames -- then we would be able
to translate them.
