PROBLEM:
The focus rectangle does not appear for a plot group object in layout mode.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Start kst and create two plots in the same window.
Enter layout mode and group the two plots.
Notice that when the mouse enters the group no focus rectangle is visible.
