[Kst] .desktop files for plugins

I noticed that several of the plugins in CVS (data object plugins) 
have .desktop files associated with them.  They aren't being installed, and 
we definitely don't use them.  These are just adding work to translators at 
the moment for no good reason that I can see.  Shall I remove them, or do I 
forget that we decided to add them for some reason?
