  Hello!
    This makes sense, though it does cause a problem in that you might want to 
"detach" them to extend the range of one curve.  In any case, it seems like a 
valid feature request to me.

   Can you please file feature requests and bug reports at 
http://bugs.kde.org/ ?  That would really help tracking.  Thank you.
