[Kst] menu reorganization

Is it ok if I reorganize the context menu?  I think it needs some cleanup 
(submenus especially).  I have a patch here that needs a bit more testing but 
adds some nice convenience features to the menu as well.  I don't really want 
to make the menu bigger though...
