[Kst] too much email traffic?

I've noticed that more people are joining the list now. (great!)  Is this list 
too high volume for users?  Should we create a kst-devel at kde.org list for the 
cvs commit logs and bug messages, and leave this open for general discussion?  
If everyone signs up to both then it's not worth it, but if there are people 
who genuinely only want discussion, and in particular can't filter out the 
commits and bug messages, then maybe it's worthwhile creating a new list.
