[Kst] Toolbar/status bar; vector bugs.

My tool bar and task bar have disappeared.  If I turn them off, and then back 
on again, they reappear.  Next time I start they are gone again.

This started when I logged out with a kst up with the toolbars off. - so it 
seems to be related to session management.

There are also some rvector bugs related to changing the range of frames to 
read... I will look at where this is tonight - but it appears to be in 
kstrvector::update().
