[Kroupware] freebusy publish problem

Hi
i install kolab-1.0.14-20031126 on redhat 9 
with outlook 2002 & Toltec connector as a client ..(my os is xp )
I'm trying to work with the free/busy .. but can't publish  ..
Connecting manually  to the ftp (with freebusy as the user and pass )
work's ok 
I use that example : ftp://freebusy:freebusy@kolab.ict.om.org/%name%.vfb
