To be more precise:
It is a name for a contract of 
the group Klarälvdalens, Erfrakon and Intevation
to deliver a groupware. 

Because it allows us to work on Kolab,
we hope that it will lead to the second generation Kolab
specification (Kolab Specs 2.0) and also improved
server and clients.
