I use smartsieve the php script.  I should have an RPM for it on our site in a 
few days.  I have one that drops right into kolab, the issue is that it uses 
a metaformat, so you cannot use rules you have written by hand.  Ideally soon 
KDE will have a real parser and real editor in kmail.
