It should be configured as a part of Configure KOrganizer...
But there is the possibility that those features have not been implemented
yet in Kontact.

I know Bo is busy with this and it is planned for the release of kde-pim 3.3.
Have any spare programmers? ;-) Head over to the kde-pim lists and lend a 
hand :-)
