[Kroupware] freebusy with Outlook 2000

I did now setup anonymous ftp, but still Outlook does not upload any files.
It seems as if Outlook does not do anything about the freebusy upload.

I know found the Microsoft knowledge base article:

Are you using Outlook 2002/2003? Is that working with Freebusy in groupware 
mode?
Any other experiences?
