[Kroupware] freebusy with Outlook 2000

Hello,

I am trying and trying, but cannot get Outlook to publish freebusy 
information on the kolab server.

I am able to connect to the ftp server with the Windows-Explorer, with an 
address like
ftp://freebusy:freebusy@kolab.server.priv
I am able to upload files to this directory.

I have installed the Web Publishing Wizard.

But when I trigger the freebusy synchronisation in Outlook 2000 on Win XP, 
it does not even give an error message, and the proftpd.log on the server 
does not show any activity.
The address for freebusy publishing is 
ftp://freebusy:freebusy@kolab.server.priv/timo.vfb

Does anyone have an idea why that is not working? Or is my Outlook broken?

Would be very glad to get a solution!
