[Kroupware] announcing OpenPKG 2.0 withkolab-20040217-2.0.0available on ZfOS

Hi Ronny,

Once if have downloaded the new Kolab from www.zfos.org I will look at the
problem.

The zfos server is just realy slow. Everybody is downloading the new
version. ;-)
