That is a really cool idea!

Ok, this is what you should do:

1) Edit the master.cf.template file and add the following line:
spam   unix  -       n       n       -       1       pipe
            flags= user=fax argv=/kolab/bin/addspam

2) Edit the /kolab/etc/kolab/transport.template
spam at foo.bar	spam:localhost

3) Edit main.cf.template and add the following:
spam_destination_recipient_limit = 1

4) Execute the following:
#/kolab/etc/kolab/kolab -v -o

This will send anything sent to spam at foo.bar to the postfix transport
called spam.
