[Kroupware] odd proftp bug

Hi,
	As we are testing some Outlook integration stuff here we noticed that proftpd 
wont start as installed.  The error I see is rcService: command not found.  
This pretty much crippled sharing outlook free busy lists since it seems 
there is no way to use the webdav support from outlook.

	Any clues on this?  Ive not attacked this one yet, but it seems the startup 
scripts are just plain wrong.
