[Kroupware] Palm/Pocket PC Sync

We have a client who requires a groupware application similar to
Microsoft Exchange.

This client runs Linux servers and Windows 2000/XP workstations. They do
not use Microsoft Office.

The documentation is not clear (or maybe I missed it), on what users'
options are for syncing calendar and other data with their Palm or
Pocket PC devices.

Is the only client software for Windows that will do this Outlook?  And
then do they need the Toltec connector to get to the Kolab server? What
other GUI front ends can they use on Windows?
