[Kroupware] Kolab Clint Install Problem

/usr/lib/qt-3.1/lib/libqt-mt.so.3.1.1
/usr/lib/qt-3.1/lib/libqt-mt.so.3
/usr/lib/qt-3.1/lib/libqt-mt.so.3.1

and i configure again with option
--qt-dir=/usr/lib/qt-3.1 --qt-lib-dir=/usr/lib/qt-3.1/lib 

still same error

pls help me.
