[Kroupware] failed to rebuild apache

Dear kroupware

I have some error failed when try to build
apache-1.3.27-20030611.src.rpm 
in RedHat-9.0
openpkg installed successfuly, i run this command when do the build

[root at reza var]# /cw/bin/rpm --rebuild \

RPM build errors:

is there any suggestion ?
