the problem is that the kolab kde client  version 1.0.1 
(kdenetwork-kroupware-1.0.1.tar.bz2) is merged from KDE 3.1.3, and KDE 3.1.3 
doesn't want to compile on higher version of QT than 3.2.0. Try to get the 
CVS version of KDE and Kolab KDE client. The instructions for building Kolab
