[Kroupware] No usres and folders can be created at SuSE 9.0

After a successfull installation with Help from Thomas Lotterers E-Mail , 
Kolab Server installed successfully,  and Bootstrap worked without any 
problem, a login at https://localhost/manager was possible, but after filling 
out the Add User formula no user was seen. Same Problem is at Add Folder ...
Nothing has been created.

I serched a little bit in the Kolab logs and found something at /kolab/var/
