[Kroupware] Duplicate entry issue

Hi there,

We have kolab running, but have the next issue:

When the Kolab server starts, it says:

postmap: warning: /kolab/etc/postfix/virtual.db: duplicate entry: 
"w.erich at lindix.nl"

And this user seems to have lost all his calendar entries and mail. So it 
seems an extra user has been created. The problem occurred first when we 
created an additional account for a new user.

I have three questions:
- Any idea what has gone wrong?
- How can I fix this?
- How can I prevent this?

We are running Suse 8.1 and compiled according to the installation guide.
