[Kroupware] ldap doesn't start on FreeBSD

Thomas and CW, for giving me the instructions installing imapd on
FreeBSD!

But when I now try to start the kolab_bootstrab -b script, the following
error occurs:

...
temporarily start slapd
could not connect ldap server at /kolab/etc/kolab/kolab_bootstrap line
161. Can't call method "bind" without a package or object reference at
/kolab/etc/kolab/kolab_bootstrap line 163.

Does anyone have (maybe a little) idea about this problem?
