I have the same problem on RedHat 8. Sourcing /kolab/.bashrc before
running any /kolab/etc/rc.d/rc.*, or changing the init scripts
[/etc/init.d/] to do so prior to starting any kolab process helped my
system a lot. I have been struggling with this off and on, and I don't
know what's causing it.

Any input would be appreciated.

VB programmers ask why no one takes them seriously,
it's somewhat akin to a McDonalds manager asking employees
why they don't take their 'career' seriously.
