Recompile apache with the options as in the apache/Makefile.

Don't think these warnings are harmfull

Look at the /kolab/etc/kolab/proftd.conf.templ and change LsDefaultOptions to 
ListOptions

Odd, maybe you should recompile sasl with options specified in the
sasl/Makefile after you have compiled and installed openldap .
