With the Bynari Insight Connector just go the folder's Properties. The Insight
Connector has the possibility to add and remove users' from the folder. You 
can then specify the kind of access a user should get (Ie. Power User)

When you log in as the user you gave permissions too, just click on the root
mailbox so that Bynari can import those folders for you.

How exaclty do you specify the folder type in Outlook and KMail?
