Hey

As for all config files they are created from the templates files in   
/kolab/etc/kolab/*template
Pls. check the kolab script for more info.

For apache there is a httpd.conf.template file in /kolab/etc/kolab/ copy this 
file to /kolab/etc/apache/apache.conf but make shure that all settings are 
corect.  
Late look at this as a example:

<Location />
  ErrorDocument 403 https://@@@fqdn@@@/admin/index.php
</Location>


Here you have to change @@@fqdn@@@ to your domain addr.
