I believe the webinterface of monit isn't activly used in kolab ,
if you want to access the monit webinterface I think the username password 
combo is <monit,kolab> and only accessible from localhost. But better
leave it alone and use the kolab webinterface (http://your.host.name/admin)
the username/password combo is in /kolab/etc/kolab/kolab.conf
