[Kroupware] Cannot start Kolab server

Hi there,

It seems I have a comparable problem to the someone who wrote to this
list earlier. After following the Qim on a Redhat 8.0 box, when I try to
start the server, I get the answer:

monit: No programs have been specified.

I tried to remedy this by reading the list, where you suggest to type:

echo "export LANG=C LC_MESSAGES=C" >> /mailserver/.bashrc

However, when I type this, I get the answer

/mailserver/.bashrc: No such file or directory.

Which is correct, because there is no directory mailserver on my
machine, and the only copies of bashrc are in /etc or in
./usr/share/doc/bash-2.05b/startup-files/.

I hope you can put me on the right track, thanks in advance.

Kind regards,
D.Kniep
