Take a look at the configuration of your dIMAP account
(Settings->Configure KMail->Account->Network->Receiving). Set your login
to username at server. That works for me with a fairly recent kolab server.
If you're using another server than kolab (or an older kolab), you might
have to change your login to just be username.
