Two things I noticed so far:

1. When re-enabling the old "custom UID" behavior, Cyrus will reject all
incoming messages with a "mailbox unknown" error. As stated before, I
changed the code in create_user.php to un-hide the UID field. I changed
the kolab script to create the Cyrus mailbox using the uid and to create
the proper mail->uid mapping in Postfix's virtual map. Last but not least,
I compiled imapd without the vhosthack patch. Do I have to change anything
else? I would *REALLY* appreciate some help on this because I've looked at
the code over and over and don't see what I missed :-(

2. When logging into the web interface, the start page is blank
(https://servername/admin/). When accessing a subpage (i.e.
https://servername/admin/user/) directly, everything works fine.
