[Kroupware] New packages and new QIM, Getting ready for official Kolab 1.0 release

Hi,

I just uploaded brand new source and binary packages. The binary packages have 
been compiled on Debian woody.

I intend to officially release exactly these packages very soon as the 
official Kolab 1.0 server release.

Please help us and install these packages on as many machines as possible. 

In addition the QIM got very much updated and includes a very detailed step by 
step guide in how to install the Kolab server.
