I got the same errors even after issuing "/etc/init.d/kolab stop".
I think it's because /etc/init.d/kolab actually executes
"/kolab/etc/rc all", not "/kolab/etc/rc.d/rc.kolab". I get no
errors when running "/kolab/etc/rc.d/rc.kolab start".
