[Kroupware] install steps for kolab 1.0

The missing ndbm.h file is a known problem with SuSE 8.1 as well.
To get around this install the gdbm.src.rpm file
Then go to:
/kolab/RPM/SRC/gdbm
tar -xzf gdbm-1.8.3.tar.gz
cp /kolab/RPM/SRC/gdbm/gdbm-1.8.3/ndbm.h /kolab/include/
That will allow you to install apache
