[Kroupware] Kolab Server 1.0.2 released

Hi,

everyone using a prefix different from /kolab is asked to please update to 
Kolab server 1.0.2.

A stupid search&replace bug let to an incorrect startup script.

In addition the security setup got tighter (no pop3 enabled as default) and 
relaying for authenticated OL2000 clients using tls works again.

Please report success/failure.
