[Kroupware] synchronizing kolab server with exchange server

Hello,
we're in progress to integrate a kolab server into our windows network
and want for testing purposes synchronize the kolab server with our
exchange server so that we have our mails, dates, notes, etc on both
servers.

Are there any hints for doing that?
