[Kroupware] KMail bug

In a previous mail I said we had some trouble with KMail,
and after trying to locate the problems, I came across
these bugs:

If you've got KMail installed with Kroupware client 1.0.0,
and you synchronize its folders with the Kolab server and
you also got a POP account whose mail is redirect through
a standard POP filter to the inbox of the Kolab folders,
KMail will crash upon synchronization.
So, you have the KMail Kroupware clients with two
accounts, a dIMAP one and a POP3 one. The incoming mail
from the POP3 account is redirected through a simple
filter to the INBOX folder of the dIMAP account. If you
then synchronize after a mail just came in, KMail crashes.

Also, it sometimes happens checking for new
mail/synchronizing no longer works. I can then click on
Check for new messages as often as I want, without any
result.

Probably you already now that viewing TNEF folders in
KOrganizer isn't perfect, but very specifically these are
things I found:
- Returning events don't return. They only appear on the
date the event was actually made.
- After a conversion from Lotus Organizer, all imported
events, did not show up in KOrganizer, manually added
events did.
