The binary packages are in ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/unstable/server/kolab/.
However it's best to download from a KDE mirror (see
http://www.kde.org/ftpmirrors.html).
The Debian binaries will install on other distributions - they're
not really "Debian" per se, they were just compiled on a Debian
system. Because Kolab uses OpenPKG, you can install them on just
about any distro. I used the "Debian" binaries to install Kolab
on a RedHat 7.2 system (and also on an EnGarde 1.3 system - which
is RedHat-like, but not quite RedHat).
The order you install the packages is important - you can't just
"/kolab/bin/rpm -Uvh *.rpm" them all. There is a script in the
source directories on the FTP site that will install the binaries
in the proper order. That's how I did it.
