Now everything works fine, even kaddressbook :-)
Just for the records, what did I do.
I've installed all kroupware packages into /usr/local/kde3. KDEDIR is
/opt/kde3, the default path for SuSE.
Now, I 've symlinked all libs, include and share files to KDEDIR.
That made it work.
