well this is not really a "detailed" howto, it´s more like a short
summary of what to do.<br>
<br>
i thought of something like
<a class="moz-txt-link-rfc2396E" href="http://www.pl-berichte.de/t_system/print/ext2_acl.html">"http://www.pl-berichte.de/t_system/print/ext2_acl.html"</a>, that is some
kind of detailed.<br>
<br>
i explained my problems more than once at this mailing-list, but expect
a really good hint by looking at my gcc nothing happened.<br>
<br>
and i think because this mailing list has a few subscribers which
successfully installed kolab, someone could make a howto of it.<br>
<br>
now beta2 is out, so forget my question. but please write the howto for
beta2 a little bit more extensive.<br>
<br>
regards,<br>

Most parts of the server installation do not depend on packages on the
host system. Once you have built the OpenPKG package, the installation
will run in a self-contained environment.

If you tell us what exactly is going wrong on your machine(s) someone
might be able to help you ;-)
