[Kroupware] Installation Plan

well this is not really a "detailed" howto, it&acute;s more like a short
summary of what to do. 
 
i thought of something like

kind of detailed. 
 
i explained my problems more than once at this mailing-list, but expect
a really good hint by looking at my gcc nothing happened. 
 
and i think because this mailing list has a few subscribers which
successfully installed kolab, someone could make a howto of it. 
 
now beta2 is out, so forget my question. but please write the howto for
beta2 a little bit more extensive.

Most parts of the server installation do not depend on packages on the
host system. Once you have built the OpenPKG package, the installation
will run in a self-contained environment.
