Hm, we had a problem regarding this anonymous binding.
But it was solved some time ago.
Are you sure you're using up to date kolab files ?

Do you have this statements in your /kolab/etc/kolab/kolab.conf

php_dn : cn=nobody,dc=kolab
php_pw : ...

If you're familiar with php, check your
/kolab/var/kolab/www/admin/include/ldap_utils.php
to never try ldap anonymous binding in the
various utility functions.
