Hi all,
ich have uploaded Debian 3.0 binary packages at:
ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/unstable/server/kolab/kolab-1.0-beta2.1/bin/debia=
n-3.0
(check ktown.kde.org as well in case ftp.kde.org hasn't catched up yet)
This should run analogous to the SuSE binary packages.
The README should apply to both platforms.
Apart from that, we have discovered a bug in our postfix configuration.
Because of that you find a new kolab rpm on the server (binary and=20
source packages)
=46or you people already having the beta 2.1 running, please
do the fix manually as follows:
=2D edit /kolab/etc/kolab/main.cf.template and
/kolab/etc/postfix/main.cf
be sure to have the line=20
"local_recipient_maps=3D"
(yes it should be set empty, /kolab/sbin/postfix reload)
The reason is, that the behaviour of postfix changed
from 1.x to 2.x. It is now somewhat more restrictive concerning
spam mail.=20
The symptom of that behaviour is that it does not
accept email from or to local users, although the
domain and user is valid.
My understanding is that this new feature is meant to
keep email to valid (domain) but non-existent users away from=20
your postfix queue (postfix would normally accept the
mail for queueing and later decide that there is no
mailbox for that user).=20
Best regards,
Tassilo
