I've been building on a kolab server over the last week. Compiling a RPM or
two when I have a little spare time. Not a very good approach I know, and
today building imapd failed:

error: failed to stat /home/opt/kolab/RPM/SRC/imapd/imap--define: No such
file or directory

Earlier in the same compile the first error I spotted was:
### Making install in /kolab/RPM/TMP/cyrus-imapd-2.1.14/notifyd

lots of errors follows...

I guess I missed something during the "quick install process". Can anybody
give me a clue or do I have to start from scratch again :-/
