[Kroupware] apache configuration security issues

[cle_kolab at gmx.net]

The files apache.conf and legacy.conf are world readable (binary install on
Debian woody). 
They contain the passwords for manager (legacy.conf) and nobody
(apache.conf).
should i chmod them -r for (go)?
